The Compensation Fund registered this company and levied a provisional assessment in 2002. Unfortunately, the classification was incorrect. When the classification was corrected, the Fund then failed to reverse the provisional assessment. By the time Imperial Logistics approached us for assistance, the amount outstanding had grown to R157,062. As a result, Imperial Logistics no longer qualified for a Letter of Good Standing. We managed to reverse the incorrect assessment and Imperial Logistics qualified for their Letter of Good Standing.

- Claim numbers are being issued by the new CompEasy system. Clients: Please make sure you have received from us and comply with the COVID-19 reporting policy.
- Not all employers are registered and are able to obtain claim numbers. Clients: Please refer demands made on you (for confidential claim documents) to us.
- The new CompEasy is running although it is not yet fully functional. Clients: We have operated uninterrupted throughout and continue to do so.
